    What an very nice stay! The spacious room had tall ceilings and lovely views. The breakfast spread was diverse and tasty, and the staff was genuinely kind and attentive. A short walk to the shops made exploring easy, and the pool area was just stunning. Can't wait to return!

    Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The staff is very courteous and prompt. The location of the hotel is good. The services that came with the pacific club lounge rooms were definitely appreciable.

    The breakfast was pretty boring and repetitive but the service of the staff was definitely prompt.

    I recently had a brief transit stay at Pan Pacific Orchard Hotel, and I was impressed by its prime location. Just a five-minute walk from Orchard Road, it made exploring the vibrant shopping district effortless. The hotel's serene atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery, provided a much-needed respite amidst my travels.

    I found the Wi-Fi to be less than satisfactory, as it often lagged and hindered my ability to stay connected.

    Room too small. Short staffed. Breakfast was insufficient in proportions to serve needs of guests. Everything was empty halfway through. No proper concierge nor frontdesk.

    I have stayed in the Pan Pacific many times, mainly on business but also for pleasure. This is one of the best hotels i have stayed in anywhere, not just Singapore. Friendly staff, wonderful food, clean and ideally located for shopping and other activities.I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
